He is another one of incompetent bufoons that are part o the Bush Administration and he will be gone by 2008 as the Democrats won't keep the crook in power when they take over by being legally voted in which Bush definitely wasn't in 2000.
To bad him, Bush, Cheney, Libby, Rove, Wolfowitz couldn't be charged for crimes against humanity not only for the Iraq War but for their complete ignorance.
