U buy garlic cloves and put all around the house in and out.
U pray to God to keep evil ghosts away by the blood of Jesus.
U should be okay then!

Call on a psychic to give you the details... might be worth it.. maybe you and the spirits can share?
Or read the wiccan book of magic... I was told once in my history of useless babble that wiccans have an interesting strategy for asking spirits to leave your home

Ask the spirits to leave.
Then uninvite them if they don't. I would be the owner, not the spirits.
If that didn't work, do a minor renovation and sell it for a profit.
