I can just imagine the conversation, can't you?.....Safe? Yes of course it's safe....well, probably safe...well possibly safe.

Why do I always have to clarify what's surely obvious? I'm referring to the USA's rather dismal safety record and in particular the tragic loss of space shuttle columbia.

NASA is one of the best agencies in this world. Problems with their equipment can be blamed on congress and the president. If I had my choice...I would trust NASA anyday.

Let's see.....early aircraft pilots, early auto racecar drivers, early explorers, all had "hazardous" duty to contend with. Don't see the difference! For each catastrophe, they learn how to avoid the situation and make things safer. Try not to get injured in your safe little cacoon.

The early ones were all test pilots. They knew it wasn't safe.

its not safe. while their outhere in space, ground control quotes the exorcist; your all gonna die up there..then there a crackle an a hiss, and ground control cuts off communication.. lmfao

Astronauts have it made and have fun in what they are doing.
I dont know about the safe outterspace stuff.
