which trucking company is the best?

I will be 21 soon and have always wanted to be a truck driver which company would be the best for me which treats the drivers really good, would offer training, pay, equipment, benefits, and home time? Or what other companies that might not have all these or the best equipment would be good?which

Try to find a reputable school. A community college is a good place start. There are some private ones that are good as well. Ask around. Beware of cdl mills that just give you a cdl. If you don't know what you are doing you could kill yourself and others just look in the news. Avoid company paid training. Try to find work now doing something dealing with trucks ie moving co.,UPS, truck repair or intermodal yard etc it all helps. As for which co is best the Teamster ones usually are ie Yellow,ABF etc. But they are harder to get on with. Good luck!
