they're taking the jobs teens need, I filled out 9 applications and still no job!!!!

I don't know what the actual deal is, but my children as well as practically everyone at my job who has teens is saying the same thing: their kids are completing many applications and not even getting a call back for an interview.
Also, I have noticed a lot of the fast food places have a lot of what appear to be over 30 year old hispanic employees.
Hopefully our children and you will be able to get hired soon!

And you guys are the only ones a minimum wage increase would help also, but which will also decrease the amount of available jobs. Sorry about the job hunt. I don't have anything against immigrants either, but employers really need to be held accountable for hiring illegal individuals. That is the only way it will stop.
