Find the points of convergence. Keep doing two things:
1) Point out their commonalities.
2) Point out assets or advantages that are complementary.
Eventually, the two sides will come closer together, close enough to negotiate.

you listen to both sides, and employ the judgement of solomon... and threaten to cut the baby in half...
two sides, two conflicts, one solution, lose them... and replace them... this argument or conflict is damaging production, and worker confidence in the management structure... get it wrong, and the rest of he workforce will give you serious grief... sack tehm both for gross misconduct...
or at least put it in writing, and serve them...
youre the boss, behave like it, and act accordingly... were here to make money, not referee a petty squabble, the dole is chock full of people who can do your jobs, better and probably faster... so, either sort it out, or pick a window, youre leaving.
being the boss isnt easy...
same applies at home... our house, house rules... mum and dad say no, we mean no... never ever back down of change your mind...
its carrot and stick... bribery.. cal it what you will, we cant sack our kids... but it sure tests your diplomacy skills.

Provided you are not acting as an agent for both (as that would be a conflict of interest), you mediate their dispute.
If you cannot mediate their dispute, or they don't want you to mediate their dispute, stand aside and let them continue to dispute with each other.
If the dispute is violent, I suggest you call the police and take cover.

Get them both in a room away from everyone else and tell them that what they are doing is unacceptable, destructive and disruptive. Whatever their issues are, sort them out and that I do not expect nor will I tolerate repeat occurances.
