What can I do? I can't log on to itunes my bank, my email and any of that. I've been told its because my computer is not pinging. What do I need to do to get my computer to work again

I've checked the cookies and they are on. Also internet options are reset. Where can I get a free security software

I've also noticed that it never updated to service pack 2 now i can't even go to the dell website or the MS website and download updates.

Check to see if you've turned off allowing cookies. That might do it.

Have you installed Internet Explorer 7?

I'm betting you have, and you're using Windows XP...

umm OK well first things first go to your Internet options and reset each of the tabs defaults then try it again

Go to your tools menu and see if you turned off the cookies. If you did then turn them on and that should fix it.
