i'm 12 and i'm wondering if this poem to my best friend (girl) in italy sounds gay? We live very far away-my day-time is your night-time and your night-time is my day-You like to dance I like to sing, we live in different countries but that dosn't mean a thing- we are and always will be best friends- just because we live 10,000 miles away it does'nt have to end-and when schols out i will write to you at your house-it does'nt matter if we live very far away- It does'nt even matter if your if my day-time is your night-time and your night-time is my day.

No it doesn't sound gay, it sounds like your friend misses you and cares about you. My best friend is gay and she doesn't ever say things like that, not saying all gay people talk alike, I think your friend just wishes you lived closer, if anything you should be flattered someone cares about you enough to write you poem.

You are reading too much into it. The girl sounds very nice...be lucky that you have a friend (especially given the vast distance) that cares for you and values your friendship.
