That is subjective. One person's best place is where everyone lives in a law abiding faithful family environment, another person's is a crazy drug fueled anarchic party.
While more than one group of humanity exists there can never be harmony. Everyone must realise we ALL belong to the human race, and we all share so much more than we differ.
This will never happen.

1.stop driving 2.recycle 3.treat others with kindness and respect 4.abolish drugs such as meth and heroin 5.practice equality 6.abolish wars 7.stop preaching your religion 8.plant trees 9.stop wasting so much food and paper (recycle) (save the rainforest) 10.abolish money, guns, selfishness, greed, power....the list can go on and on and on, but since none of these things will ever happen in a way that would actually make a difference, just plant flowers and paint the publics walls and give the ugliest man a smile. once you free yourself from everything that constricts you (money, material items, hate, prejudice) you can start to give.
