Nope I just fell off a star and landed here with nothing but happy memories and pixy dust. Get real! Of course, everyone that manages to gain a little maturity is heart broken from time to time. It isn't always about a sexual relationship either. Life has a way of dealing incredible blows to folks that dare to live it. A beloved pet dies, a friend moves away, a lover leaves, a stock goes belly up, a child becomes ill.... one who has cared, or worked for something or someone and lost it feels the loss and this is called being broken hearted. It is also a paving stone to maturity that makes one a kind and understanding person who is capable of displaying empathy when a friend goes through one of these challenges.

Personally the question sounds incredibly self centered how dare you presume you're the only one that has ever felt pain!

Yes there was a time when i was so broken hearted, It was my first love i was 15 he was 17 & i was very much in love with him. He was my first & only love he meant the world to me. We only what out for 2 years. Three days before my 16th birthday he asked me it marry him & i said yes. It was there happiest day of my life. I think in away i still love him now. The reason i was so broken hearted was because when i was 17 we had this big fright. After the he went round a friends house & he left me at his mums, he rang me the next morning & told me it was over. I asked him if he had meet someone else is that why u never come round much those lasted three months. He answer me yes he had & that he doesn't love me anymore. It took me along time to get over it but after i did, we r now friends. So out of heart-break a friendship was made. That was 12 years ago that that happened.

yes, when I found out that my boyfriend, who was 25 at the time, got a 16 year old girl pregnant. He is now an ex-boyfriend and ended up marrying the girl and had 2 kids. Their kids ended up being taken away from them because of child abuse. Glad I got out of that relationship when I did.

Yeah, my brother 'borrowed' $4,000 from me 2 months before my wedding 6 years ago. Wrote me a check that bounced 2 weeks later and then told me he couldn't pay me. I felt so taken advantage of. I needed the money for the wedding. Since then I divorced the guy, but I do not trust my brother anymore. I think he'd sell my mother for money if he could.

Yes, i had a case of the puppy love, hot girl i had crush on broke my heart, I asked her out she said yes, then after two weeks changed her mind. It sucked, lucky I had a "friend" who helped me with moral support, among other things.

yes. when i was 16 i met this guy in the mall in texarkana he was 9 years older than me. my biological father seen that we had major feeling for each other the moment we seen one another. well we hit it off good for nearly 2 months. he cheated on me then he left me for her. we were dating by long distance. because my birth parents divorced when i was just a baby. my mother and her second husband of nearly 16 years now raised me and and my stepdad is my blood dad to me because he was there when i needed him to be unlike my birthfather who almost let me marry at 16 to the same guy who broke me. I know have someone who has rearranged my love, my life and everything in it and he has change my way of thinking of self importance.
