I tried Walmart, pet stores(pets unlimited, pet city, petcetra.) Idont know where I can get a hamster harness?

I don't think they make them. In fact I would be worried about a harness for a hamster as they are so delicate, that any pulling on a harness may result in broken or dislocated bones.
Why not make an outdoor surround for him to play in, in nice weather, or have him in a ball inside.
Failing that though, try a lizard harness, you can get small ones, or make your own out of soft leather

You can find a hamster harness at patsmart or petco. You can also make one yourself! Take sturdy strips of fabric, fit them on your hamster, and sew the strips together.

petco and petsmart have like guinea pig harnesses and things, you could find a smaller one?
