do you live with any men, you may have caught the dreaded ' MAN FLU', highly contageous and has a tendency to cause severe whining and overuse of the phrase ; i'm so i'll, must go to bed and sleepo for the entire week;.
remove all the men from the house and it should clear up after a good nights sleep
feel better soon honey xx

Plenty of fluids and vitamin C, wrap up warm and if possible get a nice person to help you sweat it out! You need the exercise anyway and a bit of fun and games is the most enjoyable way to do it!

A sauna always help me, it seems to raise the body temp so that the germs die, that is what I tell myself anyway. If you can't get to a sauna have a really hot bath and put some Vick at the end of your nose so you breath in the vapors. Also make sure you go to bed early, get rest.

DON'T SLEEP......i had this nasty bug last week and it finally 'bit me' when i went to bed early on friday night!!!!! hence my saturday night didn't go to plan and I ended up hugging a hot toddy instead of being a vodka vixen!!!!!
Seriously though, I got out in the garden for a good hour each day to clear my nose and get a bit of exercise and that helped shift it a bit quicker.
Hope you feel better by weekend....x

Aww i wish you get extra appropriate! perhaps have a slice of butterd toast alongside with it or if it somewhat is too harsh on your throat then purely a slice of bread butterd. ascertain you drink plenty inspite of the indisputable fact that. :)
