Rub sattle soap ( which you can get at tractor supply or Wal * Mart ) all over your glove untill it is rubbed in smoothly nothing left on the glove. Put your softball or baseball into the glove with a rubber band around it. Put the glove under your mattress and do this for about 1 to 2 weeks and it should be broke in enough to use.

You need to oil it down with a good oil. Once you have done this, you need to put a softball in it (preferrably the size you use at your games)... next tie a big rubberband around it (yes, while the softball is in it. Then you need to sneak it under your dad and mom's mattress for a couple of nights so that they can break it in.

You have to wear your glove and play catch. Throw a ball off a wall outside and catch it. Or if you have anybody who likes to play catch then pay catch with them. That would be a real good way to break your glove in.

I use a product called Hubbards Shoe Grease. Rub it all over your glove and let it soak in. Then put it under your matress overnight.
