I'd call my team a pretty good team. Maybe a 7. What about you?

Also, should I make Andy Pettitte a SP and Adam Wainwright an RP?

you got great power. maybe drop hawpe or kearns for speed.

pitching....rotation is good.

gonzalez looks good. wainwright looks good (as a starter).

should you make pettitte a SP? do you mean put him in the SP slot? sure. but it doesn't matter because the carat will tell you if your pitcher is starting that day. so just be wary every day (or every week).

Pretty solid, except RP. You have only one closer, and are basically punting saves at this point. I'm not a huge fan of your starters, either, though they are pretty solid. The problem is that you have no real sure thing. Willis is overrated, and who knows what Matsusaka will give you.

I'd go for at least one more closer if I could. Punting a catagory is sometimes okay (I punted steals last year, and won my league running away). So, don't overpay for one, but I would actively look for a trade. Also look on the WW for guys like Salamon Torres, who I think will do pretty well, and keep updated on the Red Sox and Marlins closer races. Always great to catch lightning in a bottle with a pickup of a Matt Lidstrom type.

first off- is your last name ramirez? you'd think so.

Id trade off/drop at least one of your benched hitters, I hate to see talent get wasted on the hitters bench.

Second, It doesnt matter where you have pitchers at in the roster, as long as they're not benched its all the same. Just remember to sub in millwood and lilly on the days they start.

hitting-8.5 (again, try to trade off at least one of hawpe/gonzalez/kearns for a pitcher)
pitching-7 (closers are weak, look for mike timlin)

edit- dont listen to the guy above, dont trade manny for anything less than 2 great starters (oswalt and webb), etc.

your pitching needs work desperatly...offense wise...josh barfield, yikes...posada...old ....sheffield, risky ...corey patterson, ouch... ortiz and ramirez, is good, but i would consider trading ramirez for a starter...as it stands you are .500 team.
