I have a cousin that has a friend that want's to go out with me. But I told him that I don't know him and he doesn't know me and told him that I just want to be friends for now and fell uncomfortable with this. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM? PLEASE!

I think in that situation, the best thing to do is go out on one date with that person. Then, you can at least say you gave the person a chance. I think the rejection isn't as harsh that way.

Heck, maybe you'll go on the date and actually realize you do like the person after all.

I don't think there is anymore you can do other than state your answer and leave it at that. And there is not really any more that you should HAVE to do to convince them. You gave your answer as no, you don't want to, he needs to be accepting of that and move himself along to someone else that is interested in him. You don't even have to be friends with that person, just because he is your cousins friend does not obligate you to any kind of relationship with him. I think you have done all that you need to. :-)

You can go on a blind date. Just because you don't know him is no excuse. But double date with people you know to be on the safe side.

You did the right thing!!! Just talk to him before anything else goes on. Go out on walks or something to talk.
