lol it's not that war is wrong but it's that it shouldn't be the FIRST sollution we run to whenever we have a problem to deal with.
take for example, a little boy has a problem and it's something he could possibley deal with himself. YET he runs first to mis mommy who wil solve all the problems. YES it's good to have a mother there to help you but you should try to fix the problem yourself before taking the easy way out.
now me im not for war just because i think life is precious and the war that we are in now is........well i won't get into that

Perhaps you were just joking...or perhaps you just wanted to see what reaction you would get...in either case, talking like a soldier and being a soldier are very different things. Our soldiers go through terrible trauma in war. They see injury and death and destruction that is not 'good' for anything. War doesn't keep people in check, if it did, there would only have been one war in all of human history. That would have been enough.
The burdens of war are many. Guilt, profound sadness, regret, the hope that it won't be necessary ever again. The terrible job of trying to rebuild societies and nations in the aftermath.
When we are young, we like to make wild statements to see what reactions we can provoke. Someday, when you love someone more than your car, you will understand. When you have a child of your own, with your eyes, and his mother's smile, then you will know why war is wrong, why it solves nothing. I wish you well, and I hope you never have to serve, but in the future, have a bit more respect for life and for those who do serve this country.

You'd rather die young with your rifle? Go for it. I'll die old with a country house, a vegetable garden, a few dogs, granchildren, a loving wife who's a great cook and nasty in bed, a Ferrari for Sunday drives before the barbecue, and 5 million in the bank keeping me comfortable and making 7% pre-tax.

Sounds good but is it true? Lots of sayings but reality is different when bullets fly. All of a sudden that young dieing thing becomes a fight for life and lo and behold, one is old and with nothing except the ability to know how to avoid making rash and young decisions.

War kills. people...good & bad. War kills animals, plants & all living things. There has always been war in some part of the world & there always will be....for stupid reasons. Most men seem to think women aren't smart enough to run a country but if there were more women Heads of State, there would be much less war & killing. Most women are Moms & don't want to see their/anyone else's children shot, blown up etc.

the people that suffer the most have nothing to do with it, kids fight the wars that grown men in suits start, children women and elderly get killed, displaced, and dismembered, and in the end after all the shooting and bombing is done, those men in the suits sit back and do what they refused to do in the first place, and thats talk. Thats whats wrong with War

Well, if you and your like minded enemies got together and fought it out, then nobody would probable care to much; as long as you kept to yourselves. War may be necessary at times, but it is not glorious and has not been glorious for some time.
