I just bought a tiered gauze skirt..(derek heart brand from khols, if you care or know :)...every other tier is off white while the others are pink stripes or flowers ...i have no idea what kind of shirt to wear with it...any suggestions??

Either a white or pink babydoll t-shirt or tank top; if you want a pattern go with stripes because it will probably be harder to find a shirt that matches the floral pattern of the skirt.

Go for something plain when choosing your shirt. Choose your favorite color from the skirt and pick a shirt that is the same. It will make your skirt just pop. For a style shirt umm, tanks are always cute. If the skirt is bold you don't want the top to be. I always pair my skirts with either a blazer or a twin set!!! Hope this helps!!!

If you wear a skirt with a pattern on it is ment to focuse the attention to your lower half. Try wearing a basic color like an off white or a pink the same color as in the skirt. :]

Baby t-shirt or cute tank top in either pink, white or off-white will look nice with that skirt.

Wear something simple, like a tank top or a spaghetti straps top, in any of the colors of the skirt, but keep it in a solid color. A light sweater or a twin set would look great too!

Wear a black top with white cuffs on top and gold bangles on your hand! And for shoes, black 1-inch heels or Converse <- lol dat wud look rly cute.

Hey, I hope this helps. It really just depends on your style, and you could always just wear a tunic-tee, too :)
lol. Good luck finding something nice-- and remember, keep it to offwhites, browns, and not matching shades of pink, maybe even yellow or blue. You could get away with a different color jacket, but I really think you're set.
Keep patterns to a minimal, and any jacket zipped half-way, or open, and you'll be fine!

Pick a color from the skirt and work around that color scheme. A plain top, with no prints.
