america is becoming really trashy and probably has really low standards compared to the rest of the world. other countries have class...and at least know when enough is enough. but us? our celebs are just dressing like the entire world wants to see their boobs...and there's so much junk on t.v, i'm turning the channel every 10 seconds. i mean come on! has anyone else realized that we really have the lowest expectations for how people should act now-in days? i mean it's ridiculous. any thoughts?

Yea, it's going down hill. I'm glad I'm 50 and won't have to put up with it much longer. When I was 30, I thought it was bad, and said to myself that I would never want a child and have him face the things of this world, and it's worst today then it was 20 years ago.

i know what you're saying.

tv has gotten so trashy, i can't stand to watch it anymore. too much smut, profanity, violence, and bickering.

it makes me sad because i remember the days when it was actually fun to watch tv. i remember watching shows like happy days, three's company, the mickey mouse club, and etc.
