I have a 18mth old male pitbull. His sister is having puppies and I am just wondering if I could breed her puppies with him. I know it is wrong for humans but what about dogs.

That would be inbreeding and it is never a good thing!!! Never father to daughter, brother to sister, uncle to niece!! Just back yard breeding and helping the pit bull breed to get a bad name because of irresponsible breeding!!! Please get both dogs fixed and leave the breeding to GOOD BREEDERS!!!

What you have to understand is that there are people asking these kinds of questions on here all the time and Back yard breeders are the worst!! I love pit bulls and they are great dogs if bred by Someone who knows what they are doing, who gets hips xrayed, who has temperament test done BEFORE the breeding takes place. Sorry if I jumped at you but I is the typical Back yard breeder question. Pits have such a bad rap only experienced breeders should let their dogs have puppy's and by that I mean someone with years of experience
