Well first of all, is it that you don't have ANY a/v ports on your tv at all, or that they are all in use?

If you have some, but just don't have room to plug your XBox in, you can try a Audio/Video Receiver. Basically, all your external video sources get hooked up to that, and from that it goes to your TV.

Now if your TV only has a port for the coax cable from the wall and no other ports, you can still use a Audio/Video Receiver, but you need to find one that accepts Cable as an input, and provides Cable as an output.

You will lose the ability to change channels using your TV set remote control with that second option, but if you are already using a cable box you don't need to change the channel from the TV set itself.
