I'll give you the second part. The four groups that make up GDP under the expenditures approach are : Consumption expenditures by households (C), Gross private domestic investment (I), public sector spending by government on purchases (G), and net exports (Xn). Add them together :
C+G+Xn+I and you have GDP.
