I belive UNC (7-0 vs top 25) and Florida can make it, but OSU (depend on Oden too much) and Kansas (always seem to lose early despite expectations) will fall by the sweet sixteen

I think Kansas makes the Final Four. I can see Florida losing to Arizona with Oregon making the Final Four out of the Midwest. I like Texas over North Carolina with Texas or Georgetown (I'm not sure which one) out of the East bracket and Ohio St. beating Texas A&M to get to the Final Four in the South.

No
Florida loses to Wisconsin if not to Maryland
North Carolina all the way
Ohio St. all the way, if A&M doesn't squeek past them
UCLA loses to Kansas

I'm looking for Florida to be the only number one seed to reach the Final Four. Here are some of my picks which seem relevant to your questions... I hope their helpful!
Midwest Region-
I look for Florida to make it to the Final Four simply because no one in their bracket is capable of beating them. Butler is a good team that can shoot the ball and I see them giving Florida the toughest game Florida will get in this bracket.
West Region-
Kansas is a good team... no doubt about it. They aren't really challenged until the Sweet 16 when I expect them to play Southern Illinois. One big upset i have is VCU making the Sweet 16 because this team is amazing. VCU plays Duke in the first round but this isn't a typical Duke team. (they've lost like 6 of their last 7 games or something like that) I expect UCLA to beat Kansas to go to the Final Four. UCLA never has to leave California to get to the Final Four and thus will have less traveling and a home crowd. I actually have UCLA to win it all.... great team
East Region-
One thing you have to remember about UNC is they are very young and inexperienced. I look for Kevin Durant and Texas to beat UNC. I look for Oral Roberts to beat WSU. Texas Tech over BC. I still haven't made a decision for who will come out of this region but it is between Georgetown and Texas. I am leaning towards Georgetown because they are playing great basketball lately. Kevin Durant may be the best player in the nation but one player can only carry a team so far.
South Region-
The only upset in the first round that I expect to happen is Xavier over BYU. I look for OSU to lose to Texas A&M. I expect texas am to beat Louisville and Nevada to get to OSU in the Elite 8. I have Texas A&M losing to UCLA in the Championship game. I am very confident about this bracket. I'm feeling very good about my picks here.
Overview-
Florida, UCLA, Georgetown, Texas A&M
UCLA over Texas A&M

Everyone is probably gonna think I'm crazy but I say it'll be Ohio State losing to Memphis in the elite 8.
