try spraying wd-40 or an other penatrating/ rust breaking oil on it at least once a day for about a week. also use a special brake bleeding wrench. (You can get them at advance auto parts really cheap) if not.. go with a flare nut wrench. they also make vise grips that are made similar to a flare nut wrench.

I believe that you can buy a bleeder repair for that caliper. If you get yours out, you screw in the bleeder repair bushing that has a new bleeder screw in it. I would soak the old bleeder screw with a good penetrating oil like Blaster and try to remove with a wrench or vice-grip. If you tap on the caliper housing with a hammer (tap lightly) before attempting to remove the bleeder, it might help. You might also consider heating the bleeder with a torch (be careful)

If you do break the bleeder screw off, you will have to get a screw extractor. That is a tool that you tap into the center of the bleeder screw where it grips the edges and you can use a wrench to remove.

Worse case scenario is that you screw it up. You can always buy a reman caliper for less than $50
