I need new BLACK eyeliner and I'm getting it from Walgreens. Do you have any recommendations for what brand I should buy? I need one that wont smudge or wear-off easily and one that is cheap! from the $1-$10 range. Please help! any advice helps! thanks =]

Wear dark brown eye liner. Black liner on a young face looks hard.

Try Jordana easyliner retractable pencil. Milani is also good, but not sure if Walgreens has it.

I use Loreal Unstoppable. It's a twist up pencil type so there is no sharpening and no lost "lead". It doesn't smear off either.

If you wanna keep your eyelashes - no pencils they are known to rip them out especially on cheap non automatic pencils

Revlon Colorstay = amazing! My sister's a make up artist and she swears by it!

Almay intense i-colour in 03 BLACK PEARL. I'm not sure how much it costs though...
