I like to wear lots of black eyeliner. I need some tips on keeping it from running down my face. Help me please!

I would heartily endorse MAC's gel eyeliner in blacktrack - its my favourite. I wear it on my inner eye and I don't even get black eye goop (pencils ALWAYS slide after a few hours) after wearing it all day - it glides on smoothly and removes with an oil based remover - until then it sits tight! I have never found a better, longer lasting easier to apply eyeliner! For extra security you can even powder over with black eyeshadow - although I have never needed this as the colour is intense and long lasting.
Seriously, you will be a convert! :-)

i'm the same way!
either, press powder under your eye.
or use liquid eyeliner because it "hardens".
when your eye's water when you use pencil eyeliner, it runs.

IF YOU WANT TO KEEP IT FROM RUNNING DOWN YOUR FACE.....YOUR SHOULD PROBABLY USE THE PENCIL LIKE EYELINERS. DON'T USE THE LIQUID STUFF. IT DOESN'T WORK. TRUST ME!!!

Put pressed powder under your eyes and i think that will fix your problum

try SheLaq by BeneFit, be careful you don't get it in your eye tho!
