The Cougars have some quality wins this season and although the East might be the toughest region don't you think their #3 seed gives them a clear path to the sweet 16 and maybe even the great 8 if Georgetown gets tripped up? Could even make a run to the final four with a big game against Carolina or Texas.

I have them losing to oral roberts in the first round and georgetown coming out of that region to the final four

Washington State, while they had an incredible regular season (Tony Bennett for Coach of the Year!), will not advance past the Sweet 16. They are extremely inexperienced in this tournament, and they have a rookie coach. Great story, but I doubt seriously that they will get past the Sweet 16.
In the interest of full disclosure, I am a Pac-10 supporter (Arizona Wildcats fan) that really wants to see Washington State do well. I just don't think it's going to happen.

i completely agree with you. the only people giving the pac 10 credit is the commitee. all these east coaster need to bow down this year and give the pac 10 some respect. i could see washington state beating georgetown. i can also see usc beating texas. ucla will run to the final four. arizona will give florida all they can handle. stanford will win there first round game. what about oregon. they could get to the finals. they have the talent and the depth.

Personally I think Oral Roberts with their tourney experience has a real good chance to beat Washington St. The Cougars just don't have enough tourney experience and that can really kill a team trying to make it far into the tournament.

They are overrated and I have them losing in the first round in my bracket. The few games I saw them play this year they weren't that great.
