I have a very specific request and question, i hope someone can point me to a website where I can build what I need. I could not find Dell to do this on the website.... any other good brand is also appreciated...
I need 2 hard drives with 10,000rpm each, IntelDuo, and a graphic card that can support 4 monitors with hi resolution and great quality. My purpose is NOT gaming, but hi end graphic produccion and video ... Speed and performance is key, and it has to offer me the option to buy Windows Vista Ultimate .... I need the best, but no gamers overkill... thanks !

You talk like you got alot of money so you can buy or build a PC with 2X 8800GTX SLI.
That's all you would need for your 4 monitors.

the only thing you need for 4 monitors is two video cards
i have a computer that has 4 monitors and could support 2 tvs
just go to a computer manufacturer's website, find a computer to configure the way you want it, and check the option to have dual video cards

To support 4 monitors you'll have to buy a special output card or device for your computer. Companies don't sell those without a special request since very few people would buy those desktops.

There are no preset computers that will support 4 monitors straight out of the box. You would want to build something custom that will do everything you want it to do. Will probably save some money as well.
