57 north to 80 east to 294 north. Instead of exiting at Cicero off 294, continue on to 55 north, then exit at Cicero south. At least you won't have to drive through the villages to get to MDW.

Speaking of driving, aren't there any regional buses that run from campus to Midway? At least you wouldn't have to drive.

Take I-57 north to I-294 north. Exit on to Illinois 50 (at Cicero Avenue). Go about 10 miles north.

Take I-57N to I-80E (exit 345A) to I-294N (Exit 155) then merge onto IL50N

approx time is 2 hours and 20 minutes
