I just bought a new car and dont have the plates on there a camera took my picture this mornig at those red light cameras can they still find out who it is?

Providing you did not have any plates at all on your car - no. In this case the camera (and people who process the data from camera) have no way of knowing your address to send the ticket to :)

You've got to have at least temporary registration in the back window, right? There's your answer. Since it's patently illegal to drive a vehicle without registration, you can get a ticket from the red-light camera anyway. If you don't have any registration information showing, you're in violation of state ordinances and can get ticketed for that as well.

Probably not but you will get a ticket for no plates. However if you get caught running the red light and you have co plates, Guess what you get 2 tickets. P.S. there pretty smart aren't they.

IF they can read the temp tag - they can trace it back to you. If not, how would they know exactly who you are. I have also heard in hard rain/snow/etc the cameras can't read correctly. Just wait 2-3 weeks and see if a notice comes in the mail.
