Geesh what answers! I hope you didn't listen. Sea monkeys are the same thing as brine shrimp. Brine means salty. You need to keep them in salt water, just as salty as the ocean.
Here's a page with lots of tips on raising them to adult size
http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/management/Pegasus_Brine_Shrimp.html
Hope that helps!

Sea monkeys (what a name!) are just brine shrimp. I'm from Utah. The Great Salt Lake has TONS of brine shrimp; they have packagers of brine shrimp there, and it's waaaaayyyy saltier than the ocean. That lake's salinity is anywhere from a little less than 5 percent (which is just above sea water) to nearly 28 percent (beyond which water cannot hold more salt). So, you can keep them in some pretty salty water. Here's a link on how to raise them.

Use water which has been boiled then left to cool for a few hours. Use the water purifier that comes with them and never clean them out, because the water purifier will be cleaned out with the water. If you get algae growing on the sides, you can scrape it off and it will be eaten or settle at the bottom. Use the amount of water specified on the back of the water purifier, no more, no less. Do you have one of those watches or portable tanks you can carry your sea monkeys around in? Don't use it. There is not enough oxygen in there and they will suffocate. They love the light, but not direct sun. If you put them somewhere dark for a few hours then bring them into the light, they will do little somersaults. They need feeding once every few days, but only a tiny amount of food. That's pretty much it, they're very easy to keep.
