I know it's right by the peer.
on your map it should be a big blueish green dome. at the corner of the map.
Have you tried looking online for San Andreas walkthroughs?

Actually, I have this game, and I think you can. Inside the game package, there should be a full size map of San Andreas. Check there first, and if not, pass some missions, maybe one of them will take place in the place you want to go.

There are a couple. One is called the Pig Pen, in Los Santos. go to unity station and follow the tracks. A couple of metres before the tunnel, turn east. the pig pen should be there. it's a pink building with a big sign.
I can't recall any in the San Fierro area
In the Las Venturas area, head to the north-east section of the motorway network. Head west at the Pilson intersection. Follow that road to the bottleneck, and you should arrive in a little village. One of these buildings you can enter. that is the club
