1,560,000,000,000 = 1560 billion
.25 = 25 hundredths
Basically, for billions, just add nine zeros to the end. When the number ends in -th (like hundredths) it means that it is that number over the number ending in -th. Like your problem, 25 hundredths, basically means 25 over 100, or .25 .

I would write it like this
as a fraction: 1,560,000,000,000 25/100 =1/4
If you don't simplify it, it's not right.

as a decimal: 1,560,000,000,000.25
