What are the ups and downs of working for this company?

I never worked for Target but I will not shop there either because they donot like U.S. Veterans or active service people.

I been working at target for 2 years now. Target is a ok place to work, but the target i work at is so messed up its not even funny, They tell u your full time then they go and give u 12 hrs how the hell can u live off that and also they make me work my butt off for so little a hr good thing i am going back to school target. Oh and also they make it seem like haveing over time is a damn crime even if its like 10 mins lol

I worked there part-time for 1 1/2 years on the "FLOW team". They were OK to work for. The store managers were all friendly and seemed to really like their jobs.

That said, they all seemed to be corporate robots. If you get into management, don't drink the Kool-aid that they offer you.

I don't like management's mentality.

I interviewed with them and stopped the interview and left midway because of the inane interview. (I did the same with Geico). Watch out for those cult companies. Don't work for someone you know is bogus.

Depends-are you getting a basic salary?
Do you have to hit target to get any money?
If you have to hit target to get money-the company is CRA-, no-one can work on target only without any salary...
