I do not like them because I get very scared and feel like their is some kind of force controling the storm.I also think that the bad people (i know this sounds crazy) but like ghosts come out in storms,Think about it have you ever just felt werid in a storm.

I was raised by a very abusive step-mother,every time I did the slightest thing wrong she would think up all different types of severe punishment. A couple of times I had to sit outside in the backyard while it was thundering with coat hangers on both of my ears. She had me convinced that the thunder would strike the coat hangers if I stopped snapping my fingers.To this very day every time I hear thunder I have to endure the pain all over again. Just so you know she packed her bags and left when my brother took a shot at her with a hand gun for beating my sister with a drop cord.

I hate thunderstorms because I can't control them. I can't control the sunshine either, but for me it's pleasant. Thunder is just loud and roaring, and seriously, there's nothing more strange in the world. Of course there are alot of natural disasters that can cause conflict, but thunder is just strange, does it even have an effect. On top of all that, there's the possibility you could get electrocuted by lightning. I'm in Southeast Texas and we're having thunderstorms right now, every time the thunder roars, I get nervous!

I hate them, the loud crashing noise the crazy light show I always think of the worse things that happen are going to happen in a storm like that.

That's exactly why I like them! I feel the energy through my spinal chord whenever a heavy lightning storm brews and usually run off into it if I have the time. Sometimes I lean back against the chain link fence and scream to God & hell to strike me down, often swinging a machette above my head like a lightning rod.
I have some kind of obsession with getting struck by lightning.

i admire thunderstorms.....my homestead has tin roofs over the porch so i admire while the rain pounds on it. The thunder and lightening is electrifying. i admire each and every thing approximately thunderstorms, gazing them provides me a dose of adrenaline.

well i get scared during storms only when there are tornado warnings out and its like really windy and stuff...as for the greater force with the storm there is one- God...he controls it all...and the spirits and stuff is not weird its just normal...enveryone has their own phobias...

Same. They scare me. They make you think that someones goin to like kill u or something. and it can electricute people. and it is boring. you just stay inside to whole day. and sometimes the electricity goes out which makes yur life harder. the noise is sooooooo creepy. im glad im not the only one! LOL

the thunder is so loud it shakes the house (plus it scares me) and wakes me up at 3 in the morning. =(
