I don't. I read an article before that discussed the pros and cons of wearing and not wearing underwear. the pros for not wearing it outweighed the cons and the pros for. I don't know about all the other posters but i am not a faucet and i'm clean so i don't have juices in my pants... I don't like things riding up on me, and i think people who work out in thongs are gross. What is that little contact me thing at the end of the post, are you trying to seduce people. I'm confused.

I don't wear panties when I do yoga. All that sweat and moisture could potentially lead to a yeast infection. Let the coochie breathe!

depending on who you're working out with and what type of workout you're talking about, myself I like my woman to not wear them. stay refreshened.
