Work (or energy) = Newton-meters (multiply newtons and meters together)

Power = energy / time (divide work by time)

1000 * 3 / 60 Nm/s (or Joules)

Power is the rate at which work is done that is
P = Work done/time
Work = force * distance
Work = 1000*3= 3000Joules
Power=3000/60=50watts
