I just got the adobe web bundle only to find out I don't have enough RAM on my computer. So instead of getting more RAM installed I'm thinking of just buying a laptop, which is what I was going to do eventually. Now I just need to know if this is a good idea. I'm not at all computer savvy.

Also, do wacom tablets, scanners and printers work on laptops too?

Yes, just make sure you get at least 1GB of RAM at the very minimum.

I believe that Adobe recommends 4GB of RAM for CS2. CS2 is a bloated collection of programs that take a lot of computing power to run. I work for a company who uses it and they had a good desktop (P4 2.8GHz 1GB RAM winXP) and they said that if they had a few other programs open the computer could not handel it. I ended up having to buy them a workstation (Dual Intel Xeon Processors 4GB RAM) so that they could do what they had to do.
