Almost a tie but I say Tracy Morgan, it's just unfortunate for Jon Heder that everyone always thinks of Napoleon Dynamite when they see him, it's the voice that does him in!!!

Jon Heder. Napolean Dynamite sucked big time , everyone thinks that movie is funny but I guess I missed that part. I watched the whole thing. Tracy Morgan did SNL but has he done any movies? I'm sure they wouldn't be as bad as Napolean Dynamite or the queer looking Blade of Glory don't waste your money at the theatre.

Awww. come-on... how could anyone be a bad actor and be able to act as dumb and goofy as Jon Heder... I don't really know who the other guy is... Tracy Morgan? Oh well... but if he is as goofy as Jon is... then he must be a good actor too! I think that there is no such thing as a bad actor... just bad roles in stupid movies... but then..... yeah, Napoleon Dynamite was a big hit too! I just thought it was really dumb!
