Well Mr Obvious, I believe the correct answer to that would have to be The Blue Jays. The Blue Jays play in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Also, since you live in Cali, you might see these other teams as being foreign. But, the most definite answer would have to be the Toronto Blue Jays.
