Talk to your friend & offer an appology for snapping at her.
You had placed some pre-determined expectations on her that she may not have been aware of.
Sure she agreed to work with you on your science project with you but did you have a set time & date that she was supposed to be there for you, or did you just expect her to show up at the 1st free moment that she had?

You are stressed out about the Science Olympiad, your teacher is yelling at you so that increased the stress level, & then you took it out on your friend.
It's understandable, but not excusable.
If you appologise & explain to your friend in a calm manner why you are feeling stressed I am sure that she will understand, & get in & do her share of your project.

I know it seems like everybody is angry at you right now, but I am sure that this is all temporary & it will soon all blow over.
By next week everyone will probably have forgotten all about it.

well you had the right to be upset but if you yelled to much then she probably overreacted to that. and if she is going to turn all your friends against you and they are going to listen to her then you need new friends. it's gonna be pretty hard, but it is SO worth it.
