Then it will say to hand it back to your friend. Without him looking, your friend will give it back to you. If it says yes he does like you, then confront him. Then if your crush comes on over and aks you about it, say it was a joke, and tell him to confront your friend about it. Your friend will admit it was a joke. Then he or your friend will come over and see eachother, and your friend will admit it was all a joke and you had no idea . I dont know if it will work. well i know how it feels to have a crush on someone. ok take me for an example i was in middle school and in sixth grade and i met this beautiful blonde and i got to know her and i started to get feelings for her and started to fall for her so next year she moved and i never go to tell her how i felt about her and it still haunts me to this day and it still hurts. the point is tell him before someone else takes him and calm yourself down before you tell him or you can write him a letter saying you have a crush on him or tell him in person just repeat over and over saying i got confidence and gently and slowly tell him.
