I dont think you can open it, at least i wouldn't try it, try gently spinning the disk where the hole is with a cloth if not try buy one of these

My friend wanted to see what was in one, so he took one of his apart. it comes apart, but u might have to glue it back together. I would just clean it on the little square thing..thats better, and you dont have to worry about messing anything up...if you do decide to take it apart look how thin that disk is..its like less than half the thickness of a cd disk!!

On the disk there should be a square space where there is no covering. You can take a paper towel, hold it there and spin the disk around, thus cleaning the whole disk.
