Unless you like to bathe in bleach, or added ant poison to your bath, you should be fine.
Can't say the same about your taste buds, however. :) Bath water in and of itself is not considered to be toxic. You would have to ingest large quantities of soap, shampoo, etc. to become ill. Even then, most of these products are still considered to be non-toxic. They will just make you vomit.
The taste of bath water is not exactly pleasant, and your body certainly doesn't need a mouthful of soap, dirt, dead skin, and germs, so yes, it is a natural reaction to feel like puking. If you psychologically think about what you just ingested, that can also make the "puke feeling" worse.
If you think you ingested a large amount of bubble bath, etc, you feel very sick, and the bottle does not say "non-toxic", you can consider calling your local poison control.
I would doubt you have have to do this, though, especially since a: You would have only ingested a tiny DILUTED amount, and b) These products undergo toxicology tests, especially if they will be used by kids.
This is just as a disclaimer. I am sure you will be fine, but consult your doctor if you remain or become severely ill.

Ok what were you doing to ingest bath water? It will make you sick if you added stuff like bubble bath or oils to the water, but you need to drink a lot of water to neutralize any bacteria you might have ingested. If that doesnt work then you might have to go to the ER because if there's soap or anything in the water you could have a detergent poisoning.
