I think you should make inquiries to the Nigerian Embassy in Washington or New York they would put you in proper perspective. As for WONKA, the interpretation of a country having laws and using them or abusing them is a universal situation. i may have to believe that your posting is froth with deep hatred and extreme bad taste, which stands against all the erudite display of knowledge and civilized mind that this site was established for; i think you should be sorry for your sense intellectual pettiness. Your answer is an abuse of this site. True search for knowledge does not recognize class, race, sex and background etc

Nigeria! Nigeria! Do you think they have laws?
You may as well just bribe a member of their consulate.
If you want justice there, forget about it. The skids of justice there are all greased. They probably don't even have attorneys.
The only chance you have on line is with their consulate, after you have made a case to our state department.
Sorry to be so pessimistic.
Your best bet would be to embarrass their UN delegation, over the news media. Place an ad in the ny times, describing your issue.

I sure hope you aren't getting involved in the infamous Nigerian bank scam. Don't do it... it truely is a SCAM!!
