I am not against the death penalty. I can't stand the fact that prisoners get to sit around in jail, watch T.V., work out, get free food, medical, dental, etc. For Life. They have access to computers, libraries, etc. They have it better than many people who have not committed any crimes but have to live on the streets or work 3 jobs to raise their family.
I think if they killed someone else on purpose, they should die as well.
I also believe there should be undisputable evidence against them. As we all know, DNA is now proving that some of the Guilty are actually innocent.

I am for the death penalty. Sexual offenders are on the top of my list. They are not treatable. Those people are more likely than anyone else to be repeat offenders. Child molesters ans rapist show be killed. Someone said for an animal? That is a bit rediculous. Others are:
People who kill for the pleasure of killing
Repeat offenders of any crime. If a person can not prove themselves to be civilized law abiding citizens of this country then they are serving no one any good and are therefore useless to society as a whole.

I'm not against the death penalty.
I think if sexual offenders (like rapists and child molesters) can not be sentenced to death, their victims would not be able to go on with their lives.

I support it only in very limited circumstances:
1 - deliberate killing or maiming of a person or animal
2 - more than once
3 - no reasonable possibility that the defendant will ever be a safe person to let out into society
4 - DNA evidence to prove the defendant really did it
