Dogs! They are like fury children. Happy to see you, cuddly & willing to please. Plus they are loyal, protect you, and do their business outside so it doesn't stink your house up. They are not moody, and unpredictable like cats, they don't climb on your counters, and they don't rip up your furniture with their claws. No doubt about it...it has the be dogs.

How can one be better than the other? Cats are more independent in personality, and don't need assistance with the cat box. Dogs need to be let out, and generally need more attention. The one that is better is the one you like better.

They both have their own qualities that makes them good. Dogs are loyal and depends on you for everything. A cat on the other hand can be independant and take care of themselves. They dont need to be walked so you dont have to rush home like dogs. Also you can leave enough food and water out and leave them for a weekend.
Depends on what you are looking for and what suits your lifestyle. Dogs are a lot more responsibility then cats.

What can a cat do? Catch mice and they are loveable but a dog is too. So I would say dogs are better, you can actually take a dog to the park and train it, as for a cat not much you can train a cat to do. Dogs are loyal and protective of their owners.

I'd say cats, though I love dogs, too. Cats are great because they're low maintenance, can live in smaller spaces (like a townhouse), and most demonstrate a degree of affection equivalent to that of a dog, if they're raised in a loving environment. One day I'd like to have a dog, but that will have to wait until I have more time and space.

Cats are less expensive when it comes to feeding, getting neutered(spaded), and toys. Cats can be a very low maintenance animal, compaired to dogs, but dogs are very much more friendly than cats. Cats are very moody. Dogs are usually happy. It really depends how much time and effort you are willing to put into your cat or dog. Cats usually need alot of attention at first. Dogs are usually comfortable right away in they're environment. I have 2 cats and I would rather have them. Just because they are so low maintenance to take care of.

That depends on you.
If it's a dog, you have to be the boss
Be fair but firm, don't let the dog rule the house and you will have a good dog.
Cats, I don't know.

Depends on your lifestyle and what you want from your pet.
I have 2 cats, but I love dogs too. Someday when I own a house, my husband and I will get a dog.
