How old do I have to be to open a Regular Savings Account?

any age or 18+? I am 16 now and want to open one without my parents knowing. Is there a way I can make one myself?

don't think so i believe you have to be 18 to open an account.

i went to fairwinds and they told me i couldnt till i was 18
