i think below 30Hz. I just saw a TV show ( Mythbusters) on discovery channel about a week ago where they tested this myth. It apparently isn't true cause they put this guy in the middle of a circular tower of speakers emmiting the the brown frequency and nothing happened to him although some of the crew including cameramen were feeling tired and sick

I saw on braniac that they did an experiment about it, and when the guy and the pot heard the brown noise, well, lets just say they needed 8 buckets....
