Technically... Alabama does..
They have more tradition like atmosphere... like Notre Dame's atmosphere.. but forget Notre Dame because they don't play real football.. they lose to the only real football teams they play.. which is only USC and Michigan... then they play Army, Airforce, and Navy, and other teams of that caliber.. Notre Dame deserves NO respect.
But it also depends on what kind of tradition you mean... there are different traditions.. USC sends more players to the NFL, bama just has the whole football feel...

USC has won more "National Championships" (11-9) and has had more Heisman Trophy winners. But 'Bama had Coach Bear Bryant. In the end USC by Traveler's nose:)

Both have a lot of great tradition. I'm gonna give it to Bama and yes that is a complete homer pick. You could make arguments for either school and throw in schools like Notre Dame, Michigan, Oklahoma, etc. etc.
