The web is only one part of marketing and frequently regarded as the 'cheap' end of the market. It is far better to get hooked up with a decent managment co. who will network for their clients and produce bookings that way. Also, run your own marketing program - again a reputable management co. should be helping you do this. Our management co. even produces marketing materials for us!

Try craigslist.org for Orlando area, also frequently post on craigslist in major cities from which travelers may like to come to florida. Make sure you research your local competition and you don't overprice what you have (check the same craigslist areas where you are posting). As far as I know, your ads are FREE there.
